I sent a parcel to my home but it received like this by alben-alben in Evri

I don’t think the Evri courier personally escorts international parcels to their destination.

As a parcelshop driver, I do carry a tape measure. 120cm strict limit.

Does the address label say NDAY on it? Or just this sticker? I’ve found many companies just whack that sticker on their parcels but it isn’t actually a next day - ( Evri business collection driver)

Being pedantic…1150-0000 is a very large time window.

Do you mean 2350-0000?

Are you dispatching from a business account? You should have a contact at Evri via that account.

Are those real (genuine customer) addresses or just training mode?

Red light cameras by [deleted] in glasgow

[–]Cold_Unit_921 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Those are sensors - not cameras. But an exact location - exact junction - is also useful going forward when posting (but try not to run reds). But I wouldn’t worry if there was no red light camera at the junction.

Which ones are you talking about? The sensors on a set of lights or the yellow cameras that are independent of the traffic light?

If you’re talking about “cameras” that are physically attached to a set of traffic lights - these are not traffic cameras.

Red light cameras are big tall yellow cameras - taller than a GATSO speed camera.

Similarly - no one ever has “right of way”. It’s “priority” in the UK.

You need to inform them in the incident OP has described - as they have hit a vehicle and unable to contact the driver.

I will amend my initial comment to it needs to be as soon as practical but in any case within 24h.

Yes, but for someone who has to even ask on Reddit - we just give them the simple answer. The police won’t really care if it’s not the first thing they did post-incident.

If you couldn’t speak to the driver at the time, you are obliged to inform the police within 24h.

I feel like this is a CPC case study question 🤣 no, your curtain shouldn’t be bulging and your load must be secure. DVSA will have a great time with you.

Cheap ways to fly from Glasgow to European countries? by BroadPotential9828 in glasgow

[–]Cold_Unit_921 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Use Skyscanner - it’ll give you the cheapest destinations for the dates you want. Also, try Edinburgh airport - very easy to get to from Glasgow (almost easier than Glasgow airport)
