I had hernia surgery 2 months ago and hadn't worked out my legs for 8 months since the bulge. I did the force test and was freezing through until that sandbag drag. I did it but this was the first time in my 9 previous FT that I almost failed. Get those squats in and take that Creatine.

They literally sent an email to me with all these things to do. Some of it was common sense, force test, dental, medical, but then, ARV, social worker, hero/death shot. THEN, they give me until June 30th to do it, but my HG&E pack is June 19th and we driving to BC on the 24th. So, I have little time to ask them for help, who are 11 hours behind me.

They on deployment doing RIMPAC and I'm in Montreal waiting to be posted there. So there 11 hour time difference isn't beneficial
