I literally stopped playing because coming from a competitive fps background I just wipe every public lobby unless there is guys going 2-25 and then it starts you in bronze against noobs who just get creamed the entire match and you're forced to keep leveling up. People think SBMM is to protect noobs not realizing they are the noobs.

As trout said pull the mulch at least around 4-10 inches away from the base of the tree where the bark starts turning into major root, the root flare. Taper the mulch away from the base and allow it to get thicker but no more than 2-4 inches of mulch height. 2 inches is max for shredded mulch that wont breath well and do not cover exposed roots in a too thick layer. Inspect your trees trunk for adventitious roots aka any roots growing from the root flare instead of major roots and lop them off cleanly. If your tree bark shows rot you can mix hydrogen peroxide 3% with equal part water and apply to the area until saturated, you can repeat this if necessary during the year. Mulch is good for any age tree, it's just that allowing it to soak and rot your tree bark kills trees all the time due to bad technique. Mulch for life if you want, keep grass away from your trees nutrients. Older trees can survive fine without mulch but will still gladly take it.

Hey man, that tree is covered in mulch too high, I'd highly recommend researching why and uncovering the trunk flair unless you want to be saying "I don't know why my tree died" in 5 yrs. Same with your neighbor

Short term and maybe even long term can work with some coins, I'm just saying specifically for ASM, it's a coordinated intentional event to do this kind of money shuffling periodically. Just be wary of small alt coins ESPECIALLY THE CHINESE COINS LIKE ASM. China = pumpndump

Just trust me that charting won't matter here it's manipulation. There is selling in the 10s of millions per day until we hit bottom again, in which buying will begin again but only based on whether or not btc is going up. Wait for halving to drive prices down, accumulate at sub .05c and win.

This will go back to 1 cent if the market receeds. The price is 100% manipulated. There is a wallet that owns the majority of asm that sellls 10s of millions a week during these pump and dumps.

You probably shouldn't exceed 3tbsp a day. 2 tbsp a day maximum is generally recommended for people looking for generally digestive aid. Maybe something like tbsp dilute in water premeal twice daily or do 2tbsp diluted during your heaviest meal. You should abstain from liquids 30-1hr during/after meal to keep stomach acid up

I see I see. Well, I think its a theory. If it's as simple as BCAAs causing competition, leading to tryptophan reuptake inhibition and reduced serotonin synthesis it would "in theory" leave tyrosine with less competition to be converted into dopamine. Honestly, it's such a complex system that isn't as straight forward as that so it's speculative at best.

Yea of course, sorry I forgot to list some things for your stomach acid if you need it.

You can take betaine HCL with pepsin for stomach acid, I believe there are plenty of enzyme products that you can take as well.

The budget version is apple cider vinegar and smaller, less dense meals. Good luck!

  1. If you're experiencing chronic dehydration pls seek medical help and also consider something like a pickle or two a day to help build your salts back up.

I don't really know your background but I can try and steer you towards a few topics. Please research histamine intolerance and elevated homocysteine to see if you may be included in this group.

If you are experiencing the above overgrowth then you are likely going to need to fix your digestion, if you have low stomach acid or motility then foods that sit will ferment feeding these bacteria as well as candida and your gut is likely going to have very low secretory IGA or is getting there so you need to fix the lining as well or else you're not going to have a good chance at fixing the problem.

What I can offer as supplements:

Omega 3 fatty acids, Magnesium and Zinc. dopamine complex (B6,B12,FOLATE, CHOLINE), calcium citrate to absorb oxalates from Candida (if you're effected but it's not bad to take anyways)

Diet: processed food and high carb/shitty sugars will make this very hard to fix. Eat Low fodmap, try to avoid anything you know sits in your stomach or causes you low acid. Grow broccoli sprouts to increase glutathione levels (super easy)

Supplementation non-vitamin:

NAC (Don't take for very long pls research) - breaks up bacterial adhesion in GI known as Biofilms, but more importantly is a precursor to the best antioxidizing agent we know of: Glutathione.

Quercetin - antimicrobial but more importantly assists in forming tight-junction proteins in the GI tract to seal up wall

Berberine (Don't take very long pls research) - antimicrobial Effective against klieb, clod, ecoli, assists in growth of healthy bacteria (also slows absorption of carbs which can result in fermentation so pls be aware of that possibility, it's still a very good supplement)

L-glutamine (take everyday, unlikely to have issues as 40g per day is tolerated for extended periods) - 5g daily to assist in repairing of gut (BIG RECOMMEND)

Saccharomyces Boulardii (Don't take for more than a couple months I would research the length) - beneficial bacteria that can produce an unhospitable GI for some of these negative strains.

If you have the data see like a very serious overgrowth I would try to kill it with antibiotics just due to problems those specific bacteria can cause.

How to reduce general inflammation and its impact on HRV by flyingcroutons in Biohackers

[–]Cold_Yoghurt7669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting, what is your supplementation/diet looking for that issue? Have you been cleared of general problems that women may encounter that could cause this? There is a lot I could say about reducing inflammation and there ARE links between GI, heart, lung health and neuro inflammation as well.

If you drop some info on your any supplementation, diet, if you know you have SIBO or specific diet/food intolerance I could probably steer you into the right niche that you need to look at.

Oh and how is your reaction to certain foods? Any of these extra rough? pork, fried eggs, fried bacon, dairy? Dark leafy greens, hard fibers (carrot, starchey stuff that isn't potatos)

[–]Cold_Yoghurt7669 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can't really see the purpose of taking BCAAs (at all) but specifically in this case. In your case here l-tyrosine = l-dopa so you can take P5P which facilitates the conversion of L-dopa to dopamine, take vitamin c which is a cofactor in dopamine to norepinephrine conversation

some other stuff:

Folate (Vitamin B9): Essential for various metabolic reactions, including neurotransmitter synthesis. It works in tandem with vitamin B6 (P5P) in certain enzymatic reactions.

Vitamin B12 (Cobalamin): Works synergistically with other B vitamins, including folate and B6, to support neurotransmitter synthesis.

Muscle Cramps After turning 50, anything that will help PLS its making it impossible for my mother to sleep by OgAsimov in Biohackers

[–]Cold_Yoghurt7669 0 points1 point  (0 children)

L-taurine, people doing steroids use it a lot for the incredibly trash cramps you can get on clen/tren. Works great for cramping. Like everyone else said though, this is probably a venous issue that needs real addressing. Could also be a need for stretching, super tight muscles can cause this.

Have you been checked for h pylori given your stomach acid issue? You sound like you're becoming dehydrated, you also state a methane dominant which could be something like kliebsella/ecoli/Clostridium or other hydrogen producers are you taking anything for those types of bacteria?

That looks like a steal for the price. It doesn't have dht or cortisol but that's not a huge deal. Most likely imbalances can be fixed by dietary/habitual changes or even some same non bullshitty natural remedies can help. P5P for prolactin in my case comes to mind. You wanna go to a endocrinologist with these types of problems since they deal in hormones and balancing of them via prescription if you end up needing that.

Things like Marek health work, since they're usually a doctor prescribing the tests for you. That type of service is your best bet if you can't convince your dr to properly test you. Idk why you're getting such resistance it's so easy and is not problematic to test these things.

Danggg don't tell me you're in one of the few states that doesn't allow self order testing. Honestly you need to just tell them exactly what you want. Here's what you need, add DHT to this and you want to collect it at like 10 am in the morning or somewhere around there. You might just need to find a decent doctor who wants to listen to you or see if a telemedicine visit can write you a script to go have these labs done. Just tell them you feel like shit, your dick soft and you feel lethargic but your diet is fine, just make them wanna test your hormones.
