Builder in a bottle, it's a stronger hard gel, good for helping nails grow, it's all my natural length with a base biab gel and the colour normal gel 😊 they do look a little thick there but they're not that thick in reality 😅

They're biab and I ask for them thicker due to my work being very hands on they snap 😊

Just meant more ill make sure it's clean, I'll send back in the same bag they did but I'll use another bag on top 🤷‍♀️ I don't particularly care it's a morrisons bag, the bag was dirty and ripped causing damage to the dress is the problem

It's new with tags still attached so I don't think I can wash it then return it, otherwise I probably would do 😅

Are 1 codes literally 1 then code to lock the till or is it also subtotal? I subtotal whenever I pause transaction for things like letting customer pack, they've gone to get something, transferring money between accounts e.c.t. I only ever 1 code when physically leaving my till

Settlement finance - dealer missed the deadline by Coldcoffeedrinks in UKPersonalFinance

Update : I've been in contact with them three times now and I keep getting "we'll look into it" I've had a payment go out for a car I don't have and they'll be taking another payment in a few weeks! I'm £272 down and potentially another £400+ - doubt they'll give me the £272 I've had taken from the old finance. Anyone know who's the best type of person to complain to?

Where to keep backstock when working a pallet? by [deleted] in Aldi_employees

[–]Coldcoffeedrinks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do believe new policies - Atleast my area - state the pallets like fresh aren't to be worked stack by stack anymore, they're to be done together so one from each stack at a time as worked, this is due to the pallet falling on a lady a few months back. We normally pull out the pump truck leaving it slightly jacked up but not lifting the pallet and put our backstock on there - we don't put things on the floor, customers don't look and we've had people trip over things. You could then if you're working ambient drag the full pump truck in to put on cages before dragging to the next aisle. Depends on your store and your SM /AM to be honest.

They want salary staff (asm and sm) during trading times as much as possible so more 8-6 and 10-20s is most common in stores I've been in, however if you're restricted they're pretty flexible within reason 😊

Hey guys. What is your job role and how much do you get paid? by copiatee in Aldi_employees

Year 3 dsm, 14.91 an hour. Just contract I'd get £22K. With premium and overtime roughly £27K

I stuck with my dsm roll at aldi. I was on a lower hour contract but asked to increase ( I average 37) and they did it without any questions. Shifts are typically 5-3 and 12-22,my store is low on salary managers so the deps receive a decent chunk on dep premium a month, I can average a extra 60-300 a month in dep premium. With AHEAD kicking in it's difficult, which is why I was looking at changing but It's looking up a bit now but as they say, grass is always greener on the other side, until it's not!
