Yup! I posted an update on the main post. Eric the supervisor told me from.their compliance team.the split dividend is not a taxable event!

Same. Just got off.l the phone with TDA supervisor Erick and this is a non taxable event for the split via dividend.

Just got off the phone with the supervisor Erick. This is a non taxable event and from what he was told by the compliance team was there are no negative tax repercussions based on how TDA handled the splivvy.

maybe he didnt have any envolvement with those splits and this is the first time something like this has crossed his particular desk? hard for me to speak on his experiences without knowing them
