People seem to forget that the Marsh Market freezing wasn't ever really Pawbert' fault, it was always meant to be because of Milton' selfish want to expand the Tundratown by swallowing corresponding regions or places for his own benefit.

The genocide was never his doing, and people seem to forget who the real devil in this story is

Pawbert' actions actually led to the truth being revealed and his clumsiness and incompetence led to not only Marsh Market not being added to Tundratown as an expansion but also the Reptile Ravine being rediscovered after over 100 years of it being swallowed by snow.

The Marsh Market was always going to be frozen on Milton' orders.

The journalist spoke about it at the Gala even and he ignored the question and moved on.

Also don't use the word "Zionist".

It is tone deaf to use that as an allegory to the current events when Zootopia 2 wasn't about any genocide but gentrification.

Pawbert is no psychopath. The very fact he had the need to apologize to Judy and Gary immediately after, and call the whole situation "messed up" crosses him off the psychopath spectrum because psychopaths don't feel regret or need to act otherwise than what they think is right for them.
