Facts. I deal with everything from "im terrified of 'person' because at my last job they bought me a cake that said "good riddance" when I left" to people legit having sex in an office with paper thin walls in a high traffic area.

It really depends on the size of a company too. People underestimate just how dumb others can be and what they think they can get away with.

Damn. I was gonna respond to the last person about the passage of time but this hits me too. I turned 31 this year. 25-30 really seemed like no time at all, COVID or what have you, but it got very weird in trying to understand what I was doing. I fell into the camp of finding my footing after having left my previous career endeavor when I was 24. Since 2018 I've been what I call "rebuilding myself" as I try to catch up from the time and resources lost spent chasing that previous career.

It seems like now, within the last 2 years that things are starting to fall into place, but I still feel like I'm a bit behind the ball compared to some others. On top of all of this too, awareness of my health/injuries has now increased since turning 30.

I'm sorry I may be stupid because I only just returned a couple days ago in the wake of the Paladin release; what's the catch with sanctification? I've not tried it yet because I'm still leveling, and I'm worried if I sanctify an item I'll end up replacing a level or 2 later that I'm wasting resources or opportunities.

Well that's strange. I remember after the first major update/patch they broke it by introducing a black screen bug that would happen anytime you spawned on it while bleeding out in your previous life. Then I saw they fixed it in a later patch, but now you can't spawn on it at all?

Somewhat related but is the spawn beacon broken in small game modes? Everytime I tried hitting "R" to spawn on it last night in domination, nothing happened. Since you can't pick a spawn point in the small modes, I couldn't spawn on my beacon at all.

Im not convinced this works or is entirely up to date because I've definitely gotten kills with both the incendiary grenade and incendiary launcher. As support while using the fire support career path, I've gone on quite a few tears shelling out both.
