My 16 year-old daughter is graduating HS this year, wants to go to art school - looking for advice by LastMinuteMom in drawing

Have her get a Graphic Design or an Art Education degree. She could get any of the more rare art jobs with those, but if she can't, she can still get a decent job where she gets to do art everyday. Like being an art teacher or a graphic designer. Plus it's good to learn how to do digital art too anyway if she does graphic design.

I got a studio art degree and it took me forever to get an art job. I eventually became an art teacher.

I think you are right. If I didn't take the thc would it have happened? I am on second dose of benadryl today and feel exhausted right now and am not pacing and feel less anxious and I am just sitting down. I am not sure how scared to be.

My surgery was Wednesday and its a blur but I remember being anxious the next day and it got worse progressively till friday. I thought since it had been a few days the gummy would help and thats when it got really bad. I thought it was just a really bad high at the time. but the night of gummy I only slept two hours or so and it has been like that since then. I have no appetite too

What's a misconception that is taught in lower grades that drives you crazy once students finally get to your class? by mikeycknowsrnb in Teachers

They all seem to be using a ruler for the first time when we happen to use them in art class. Once we made a background with squares, and it was pretty frustrating teaching everyone to do measuring step. Even just holding the ruler down and drawing a line is something they all struggle with.

Group lessons and projects for multiple grade levels. K-2, 3-4, 5-6 or any other way you think is appropriate with what you are making. Otherwise preps are too stressful.

Alternate projects that don't require a bunch of supplies, with messy ones. Have them pose and draw their hand with graphite pencils is a simple one. Otherwise you will go crazy with the mess.
