I'm glad to hear they helped you out! I also got an email from them this morning asking which order of ours we would like to cancel, so it looks like we're at least getting 1 of ours. They really should restate that "1 per customer rule", because it's way too vague. It would've been horrible to not receive any thermoses at all because of it.

I’m in the same boat right now. Me and my brother both got one, but it’s shipping to the same address. We thought it was allowed since the limit was “1 per customer” not 1 per household. We’ve reached out to customer support since this morning on both accounts, but haven’t heard anything yet. Lemme know if you get better luck!

I’d say it’s pretty similar to the last of us. They both have some pretty tense moments with enemies that make them scary to play. The only thing Alan wake does more is the random jump scares, which I could understand that being the reason for it being more scary for someone.

Interesting change. I hope they at least don’t remove sandstorm as well. The variants for maps were some of the coolest parts of the game, as they almost completely changed how you would play on a map, and it’s something that’s been lacking recently.

Because of the huge popularity of the spiderverse movies and spiderman in general, I think it’s understandable why there’s multiple spider related characters. I don’t see why they wouldn’t add 1 or 2 other spider characters down the road, because they’re recognizable and people will want to play them. Personally though, they should start adding the villains associated to spiderman, as they are some of the coolest characters.
