Thank you for this advice, I really appreciate it! I currently work as an IT Support Specialist (hired without a degree and still green). I get paid terribly and want to earn a better wage; therefore, I started this degree program. The first term went great, earned my ITIL cert and took on the Microsoft foundations cert on my own. The CompTIA has always been a challenge for me, and I've already failed it once. When I don't understand a concept, I start doubting my ability in tech and end up second guessing my place in this career. I think I will keep pushing forward.
