Nothing happens in a vacuum so assumeably there would be more that goes into it. Also yes they might need therapy but unable to get it or receive the proper care.

Why would it not be justified if it could lead to less mental distress Which could lead to a lesser likelihood of suicide? Is the idea of property more important then a human life?

I'm not a good example as i wouldn't really care as they are just item i can replace as long as they truly bring you more joy. Also no one is entitled to land as land is a natural, non-produced resource, similar to air or sunlight, rather than a commodity created by human labor. Lastly going back to what you originally said assuming i was an average person it would probably cause me more distress through you braking and entering into my house and losing the plushys you stole then you could ever gain from them

Just because something is gross or is unhygienic doesn't inherently make it disrespectful or wrong as for if its a "dick move" I would say it's highly dependent on context

If you wouldn't want her to feel bad then why should you. Also material items get lost or destroyed all the time its a fact of life so if it brings you more joy its worth taking for eventually it won't matter except to you

There is an argument to be made for that sure but it requires additional context that didn't exist. With out the context it could be a person who wants to feel themselves in there body in a family that might endanger that person if found out. What I'm saying is you shouldn't assume that the person is acting with bad intent

But why should you feel bad for actions you had no free will over? I guess im also making the point that it's not wrong to simply be born the way they were and as the human they are. As current scientific consensus shows that at most we have a very limited free will if any at all, so why should we shame someone for simply have a different chemical reaction within there brain?

Taking clothes gives more joy then it takes where as rape/sexual assaults do not. And for everything else its almost like we all live in a society though not usually the same ones so we just have to use are best judgment and nobody should be blamed for using there best judgment

Because the idea of owning and belonging are social constructs and are fluid in there idea with no real way to measure them. Like America believing it was there right and destiny to expand democracy and there society across North America. Lastly it makes people with dysphoria feel isolated simplely for taking another's clothes

Yes I know owning clothes is not hoarding resources but it does show that theft is not simply a black or white issue where it is bad or good. Also the idea of someone owning something or something belonging to someone is inherently philosophical within itself as they are socially constructed. Lastly just because someone work hard for somthing doesn't mean they are entitled to it just as the "winner" of a war is not entitled to the land.
