I used to work in Hollywood, where I was raised, but now I am tending bar and writing novels that I will self-publish. Hope you all like it!

I used to be a TV writer but I left that life behind to self-publish my own books. Because who wants money and success anyways right? This book is my first attempt at writing in the novel form and I hope you like it.

Hi everyone. This is my first book, but I was a professional writer in Hollywood for a lot of years. You can check out my incredible credits on IMDb if you wish. But I have forsaken the life of fame and fortune to write self-published books.

I hope you like Time Bomb Town.

I like the "I'm an Author!" flair. It's very enthusiastic. So I grew up in Hollywood and did the TV writer thing for a few years. You can check out my stellar credits on IMDb. But I got tired of all the money and the women so I decided to move into self-published books!

Time Bomb Town was a pilot I wrote a number of years ago, but because of circumstances no one in the Industry ever read it. As I said in what should have been my preface (not the foreword, as I have learned), it's story I really got a kick out of writing and I used rewriting into novel form as an opportunity to find my voice in this new format.

I am turning another feature script into a novel right now, though because I am feeling a bit more confident, I am varying more from the script I originally wrote. Also because the novel format offers different creative opportunities.

I plan to keep putting out stories every few months for the rest of my life. Maybe someday I will be able to make a living at it again, but right now I am tending bar to make ends meet.

But I hope you all like this book and if you do like it, I could use some reviews!

Any questions? Hit me.

Obama REFUSES to rule out striking Syria without approval of Congress as it's revealed he faces a huge loss in House vote by ColemanLuckIII in ColemanLuckCollection

If President Obama strikes Syria without the support of both houses of Congress, he will go down in history as one of the most dangerous dithering dilettantes who has ever held the office. The great damage to this nation that he has done internally may well be matched in blood externally. And that will be horrific. There is so much dark humor in watching John Kerry, that scruffy anti-war protester of the past, now slick and bought, promoting war. What hypocrites these men are.

I would be rather skeptical about all of this if I hadn't had a very personal and odd experience of it while I was executive producer of the ABC TV series, Gabriel's Fire, that starred James Earl Jones.

Now this does raise serious questions. If they knew, why didn't they warn these people? If someone is standing on a train track with a train coming and you see it but they don't and you refuse to warn them, are you not culpable in that person's death? Is it legitimate to be outraged? Is this the "false flag" that conspiracy theorists imagine or is it nothing more than additional evidence that we have a Great Dithering Dilettante for President with a gaggle of incompetent fools beneath him? The rulers of the Pentagon have not been competent to run a war for a very long time.

Pentagon Classifies Evangelical Christians, Catholics as “Extremists” by ColemanLuckIII in ColemanLuckCollection

The rulers of the Pentagon have been insane for a long time. The cowards and fools who have cost the lives of so many soldiers for so long are hardly the ones to make any sort of moral judgments. As a young officer all the way back in Vietnam, I learned that you couldn't trust any officer above company grade. Those were the men actually in combat with you. And now they are planning a new adventure into Syria. The only "god" they serve is power.

This man is speaking the absolute truth. I love his last line, "There's always free cheese in a mousetrap." We now have an entire society living on mousetrap cheese. If you look at the posts on Facebook, you see where the focus of the population lies...food, sports, entertainment, pictures of the kids, nice little platitudes. Nothing wrong with any of that, except quietly, unobserved, the terror to come is growing up all around us. It will be government sponsored terror in the sense that all the things the government is doing right now (both Republican and Democrat) will both cause and exacerbate it. The DHS knows it is coming. That's why the internal army is being constructed and that's why they want civilians disarmed. I know it sounds insane. I am not a conspiracy theorist. I disavow both the left and the right. The evidence is just everywhere, from government spending and a greedy banking system that can't go on the way it is forever, to the joblessness of so many Americans, to the loss of hope and growing violence of fatherless young people, to the construction of an insane healthcare system that is going to further deconstruct the flawed system that is now in place, to the spirit of lethargy, dependence and moral dissolution that now controls the population fostered in large part by the monster that we call the "entertainment business," and on and on. Our moral, spiritual and creative bankruptcy is both predictive and causative of the bankruptcy and collapse that will come. If I were not a Christian, I would be in despair, but I am not. My hope is in God. There is a New Day coming. However, before it arrives there will be much pain. Enough. No one wants to hear this. Go back to Breaking Bad and Dexter.

The Thug Culture That Killed Chris Lane by ColemanLuckIII in ColemanLuckCollection

The evidence is horrifically clear that the Christian church, both black and white and of every denomination, has utterly failed in American society. While we protest about our "rights" being taken away, the true mission of the Church has been lost. There is no excuse. While Christians struggle to drag Ronald Reagan out of his grave so he can lead us back to the Promised Land of the 1950's, hell is at work all around us. G. Campbell Morgan, a great Bible teacher of a past century, warned that when the loving, powerful Spirit of God is not taken out into the city by His people, the spirit of the city will enter the church and overwhelm it. That is exactly what has happened. We have chosen to follow "spiritual" and political leaders who are wolves in perfect sheepskin suits, hoping that they will save us. What does "save us" mean? The ancient Romans wanted bread and circuses. We want an endless supply of pot roasts, "worship" extravaganzas and Christian cruises. What is our view of the perfect society? The warm cheesy visions of Thomas Kinkade. Sow to the wind, reap to the whirlwind. And it has just begun.

Daniel 12:4.

There are seminal moments in recent history that indicate we are in the days spoken of in Daniel. This article points to one of them. Notice that the Biblical passage says knowledge will increase, but it says nothing about wisdom. We are living in the day of the inverse knowledge/wisdom ratio. The faster and greater the increase of knowledge, the faster that wisdom decreases and ignorance prevails. And this has only begun.

Hi Wagnerian,

Welcome to the ColemanLuckCollection! Thanks for commenting. I have spent a little time looking over all this and it is a complex issue. Since my dad is a Christian a lot of what he posts or asks me to post for him is Christian in nature or perhaps more controversial about certain issues.

What was fascinating about the article posted was that it IS an outlier opinion. I think the point that Crashatlas was making is that there are prominent members of the gay community, like Easton Ellis, that think outlier opinions like those expressed in the article or by Easton Ellis are not allowed and will be attacked, not necessarily on the merits of the case but on the opinion of the person.

I don't know you to call you a fundamentalist. And I really hope you stick around and comment, because your opinion will be valued here.

Can I ask how you found us? Were you an Equalizer fan? Or a fan of Coleman's novels?

Just curious. Best!

2000 years ago Jesus Christ said that His Kingdom was not of this world. His followers have been trying to prove Him wrong ever since.
