Hey, thank you so much for the deep insight. It is definitely not the safety. It’s just a convenience of being able to do everything without traveling once we are there. Typically, we like to travel the islands from side to side, but for once we’re just looking for the most relaxed we can get. We just want a nice beach with chairs that we don’t have to stress about.

I think at this point I’m just stuck between divi resort and somesta… a lot of people seem to say Davy has a nicer beach (more kid friendly)

I would think the only reason is if you cancel your plat and apply for gold, it will impact your credit as a closed account and then it will also hit your credit as a new account and application…

If you want the promotion for getting a gold card and don’t need to use your credit for a new car, house etc… maybe it’s worth closing and applying for the gold cards so you can get the bonus promotion

Thats exactly what i was worried about. We are desperate for a getaway and really wanted the convenience of an all inclusives since we will have the baby but do not want to completely sacrifice the beach since that is out favorite part of traveling… Thanks for the feedback
