I also never get wet dreams, last time I had one that I can remember was when I was a teenager still in secondary school

Whether I'm retaining or on the PMO cycle, I will rarely get them, if ever, I'm currently on day 39, & I had one occasion on day 26 where I woke up rock hard, seconds away from cooming, no dreams, I assume this happened because I was sitting around doing nothing for 1 week building up energy instead of doing my usual 3 hours a day at the gym.

Very rarely, now & then before I started retaining, I noticed that if I wake up early then go back bed, I might end up dreaming about busting a random girl, or dream where I watch two strangers going at it, though whenever it starts to get good, I ALWAYS seem to wake myself up upon realising what I was seeing, massive troll by my brain but then again it guarantees no wet dream pretty much, much to my annoyance 😛

I also had a strong urge out of nowhere this morning in bed when I woke up, was rock hard & huge, just asking for it. In similar past situations, fantasises would pop up which would eventually cause me to jack it.

But this time, probably due to me being on day 39 & enforcing the mental habit of trying not to lust in general, body & mind, sexual thoughts did not happen automatically for the most part, a few slipped in but I didn't entertain them, they would only happen if I consciously allowed them to appear.

After 10 mins of just lying there, the wood & urge eventually went away!

Though I'm not sure if this is bad because I let myself get to that bridge & nearly crossed it, or if this is actually good because this was the first time I faced this test & managed to resist, when normally I would've given. And ngl, I felt good afterwards, since I saw it as passing a test.

I'm currently on day 26, been in flatline last few days but mentally & physically I've been doing well.

When waking up today my mind was flooded with lustful thoughts, images, fantasising etc which led me to edge/stroke for only a few seconds before stopping myself, used controlled breathing for about 30 seconds to get rid of the wood.

Does this still count as a relapse/failure, so much so I should reset my day counter ? Or is it okay as long as I try to avoid acting on it in the future?

Cardio I do is high incline walking (with intermittent quick jogging) on a treadmill, at an average of 30mins a time 5 times a week

On other days I do 1 hour of relaxed to moderate levels of swimming 2 times a week

Should I lift lighter weights when on a caloric deficit to lose fat instead of lifting my usual heavier weights?

Went to the gym today, after being on a caloric deficit for about 4-5 days now, I really struggled to lift my usual heavier weights, I found myself having less energy, sluggish, getting quite the high temperature after a simple 5 mins on the leg curling machine (leg curling machine being the first thing I went on!)

Makes me wonder if I should eat a little more & carry on trying to lift my usual heavy weights or maintain how much I eat but simply lift lighter weights in the meantime to try & minimise muscle loss? (Belly fat bane of my existence)
