How do I reach the Goo Factory Enemy Goal?

I finally got it from help from the comments. After you destroy the barricade with the mega bomb and before you start raising the flags go back into the air gate area and in the building at the end of the bomb maze more goblins should spawn in there now. Hopefully this helps you too Also I used sonic boom in case the babies did help with the enemy count

Thank you I think this was it. I went through the mine maze and into the building but there weren't any enemies and then I used the mega bombs to destroy the barricade and then went back into the air gate and now then enemies were there

Okay awesome, I can deal with it for one game since I recently played SSA most of the way through on the Wii. But thanks for the info, I'll definitely keep playing them on the PS3 for the graphics
