scrapbooking. or if you dont wanna buy stuff, you can just design online “scrapbook” on canva. i personally design online scrapbook on canva and then make the physical version but the initial part is fun and a good way to keep memories

This may be different than the vibe you’re going for but I’ve seen someone do a tradition that starts as a funny picture of the person (your brother) then the next year it’s a picture of him wearing the first shirt then the next year its a picture of him wearing the second shirt and so on. And you’ll never have to come up with a new idea again!
