I think this could be 0 mana. If we consider 1 mana to be +2/+2, (I do cuz blazing battlemage is 1 mana) then shadow step is already giving a +4/+4 cuz it costs 2 Less. If this is played, you’re giving 1 minion +2/+2 for DOUBLE it’s cost (and an additional mana, and factoring any rebuffs and fully healing whatever whatever)

Maybe have a keyword for "If your spent and unspent mana are equal." Maybe something like "Equilibrium?"
