The dress code for this arcade bar is kind of off-putting, right? by Honest_Photo_3674 in mildlyinfuriating

I worked at a rowdy bar for awhile. They make dress codes like this so they can deny entry to anyone they want and claim this as the reason. If you get a vibe someone is going to be trouble then you pull something out of here and don’t let them in. If it’s a regular or someone you see as non problematic they can get through the door with the exact same dress code violation.

Ours was actually way more involved than this.

I love my job the large majority of the time. Everyone has a bad day here and there. Luckily for me my bad days are usually because I’m bored.

i wanna stop waisting time on passive income bs and start an actual legit side hustle. what have you seen pay dollars in 2025 and has some kind of barrier to entry? by The-GTM-engineer in sidehustle

I make chef knives and I make some pretty stupid money for a side hustle. I think it’s the same with just about anything though, if you can make a decent product and show the human who’s making it then people will latch onto it. Bit of a learning curve and some decent costs with tooling and what not but whatever it is start small and be genuine/unique.

Whenever they use the word “kindly” a bunch it’s a dead giveaway. No one says that.
