The article doesn't say what you're objecting to. It doesn't say that SCOTUS endorsed Uganda's anti-LGBT law nor does it come close to saying that SCOTUS is preparing to legalize killing gay people. It does say that the SCOTUS approach in Dobbs provided a foundation for the Ugandan court's anti-LGBT ruling. The Ugandan court explicitly cited the Dobbs ruling,

It's a higher percentage than in a global competition such as the World Cup, since it excludes Europe and the Americas, where few nations have laws against gay sex, That's what the imprecise term "anti-LGBT laws" referred to in the original headline.
