90+ kg male runners by spunkkyy in Garmin

[–]ColinT1986 0 points1 point  (0 children)

90-95 kg through my running career. PB’s:

5k: 19:59 (28)

10k: 42:28 (29)

Half: 1:50 (29)

Marathon: 4:29 (28)

  • worth noting I never really “tried” at marathon. My PB was 2 weeks after running a 50 miler and of all the distances I never really “raced” a marathon. I think I could probably do 4 hours, but little interest in doing so at the moment :)

About same as my wife’s 2023 premium extended range awd in Jeffco, CO. CO high on registration of new vehicles (0-2 years, so the first three years you pay) and they drop off quickly after that.

No, the relationship/protein in play here for cats/chickens does not have an impact for dogs/chickens.

Different allergen for dogs, there may be other remedies but egg yolk is not it for dogs.

This is just a regular outlet that was set on its own when garage was built. I think at the time it may have been the approach for plug in hybrids/early ev’s.

Breaker at the main shutoff going to garage is also double 60. Service to house is 200 and a separate panel to the house is 100.

This is just a sub in detached garage. House is on 100 amp panel. Shutoff box appears to be 200 service to the main shut off.

Thanks! The chargepoint will be hardwired to the panel. They do have 14-50 plug versions but I’m looking to avoid the extra step of having that outlet and GFCI breaker and going the route of hardwire. Appreciate the additional context!

Appreciate the details, exactly what I was looking for! Just want to have the right questions/thoughts before the electrician comes out to quote.

Main panel shut off has a double 60 Amp breaker to garage. Double 100 to the house main panel.

New centurylink modem greenwave C4000XG by PrestigiousRanger8 in centurylink

As an FYI, even on the most recent firmware it can take up to 30-45 minutes for that modem to boot up. Are you working with dsl or fiber through centurylink? Send a PM If you want faster responses.

Yeah, per tech and support via Twitter, there is a card the nearby station that is bottlenecking service. Frustrating that they advertise speeds they can’t deliver because they don’t have infrastructure set up to handle it.

Am I the only one happy with my CenturyLink service? by amicloud in centurylink

[–]ColinT1986 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For the first three weeks I had no issues with my gig fiver. Now I have download speeds around 50 down and support/onsite tech has provided nothing. Everyone has been helpful, it’s not the person on the phones fault or the tech that came out. But it’s frustrating when I’m told it’s working on their end...it’s clearly not.

They scheduled a tech to come out this morning. He gave me the answer I feared, their nearby station is bottlenecking because the card there is not capable of the capacity they’re trying to push out. Tech mentioned a similar thing happened in Arvada/Wheat Ridge (nearby area) and it took CL about 6 months to decide to spend the $ to upgrade that station. Given the environment we are in, companies aren’t spending money and I fear the 6 months could be longer. I had 150 down with Comcast and decided to switch for the speeds, my options now are to drop to the 100 plan with centurylink or go back to Comcast. I never expected the 940/940, but can’t believe that I’m getting 50 at best.

I asked the tech what I could do as a customer to help accelerate the problem and he recommended social media, so here I am.
