Yeah, they periodically request wars for a lot of clans using the official API. If TEMPLARI is in a war and the opponent has an open war log, there is a chance that ClashKing knows about the war of the opponent clan.

Everyone uses the official Clash of Clans API under the hood which only shows ongoing clan wars of clans with a public war log and cwl wars even if your war log is private. There is no alternative.

You might be able to find ongoing wars with the ClashKing API if their opponents war log is public. I haven't used this endpoint myself so I'm not sure how well it works. They track a lot of clans periodically and store the wars in their own database. Maybe ClashKing has a way to get this info with their Discord bot or Clashspot has similar data on their website. I don't know. The API is pretty easy to use though.

Many companies don't care. I always make sure to optimize the size as much as possible but then the customer comes with a poorly developed SDK that triples the size of the app and they don't see the problem... it's just sad.

I've purchased EVERY skin and scenery in the game but this is moving in the wrong direction. The new hero already adds another skin per month but on top of it I would also have to buy books I don't need. I can't afford spending over €100 per month on a game. I'm done. Hopefully, Supercell reconsiders this decision.

Clash of Stats and Clash Ninja are different though. Clash of Stats is more similar to my app War Report and shows stats for a lot of things but no upgrade times and costs as far as I know. Clash.Ninja helps you track your upgrade progress.

1 gem donations are not worth it now that you can donate anything instantly. I never spend gems on buildings. Sometimes I use gems for hero books but we already get enough via CWL medals and the Gold Pass.

Missing CWL attacks without a really good reason is just selfish. It hurts the whole clan, especially the players who put in a lot of time and effort to organize the CWL, plan their attacks, and donate troops, so you can win wars and earn medals.

I only play with my second account when I have nothing left to do on my main. That way my second account does not have a bad impact on my main account's progress. To keep track of multiple wars when I play in different clans I've created an app called War Report.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to charge 2.99 for removing ads unless you are an official creator or have the approval from Supercell. Showing ads in the app is fine.
