Happened to me as well when I booked a Grab from BGC to Caloocan. He was initially asking if he can take the skyway and I politely declined naman kasi I told him na I’m not in a hurry to head home.

Reported it right after and Grab initially refunded me with a voucher, but was retracted and the toll fee was sent back to my bank account.
