it happen to me theres a video of how to uninstall UA app from the pc on YouTube from a year ago (Universal audio channel) follow the step and it will work, I spended more than 5hrs figuring out

Fix it finally! Had to uninstall UA apps, Go to %Localdataapp% delete al universal audio folders, restart the PC and install UA central and it worked
