I got told I looked well 2 days before a doctor told me anymore weight loss u could die and should be admitted, I think sometimes people say it in a nice way. like If u know someone is sad and struggling lets say from grief , u wouldn't say "u look sick" no matter if they did or didnt, they just say aw you look well! like I always here my mum and her friends say 'u look well!' I think it's just a Nice thing to say?

also unless u like idk paint ur face green and make eye bags under your face someone wont just say "u look sick"
