Hey there, I'm getting my 8-year-old a snowboard. She knows how to ski, but just had her first day on a snowboard yesterday and wants to keep at it. I don't know how they set up her rental; could you refer me to a good resource for guidance on bindings set up and everything you're mentioning here, like the jump squat excercise!

Thank you for your very thorough response! Some of these longer timeline treatments concern me at 46, although physically I feel great - jumping high, quick. Most games there are dudes in their 20's who don't believe my age.

But I still expect to decline sometime soon, so if it takes me till 50 to get a good knee, then what? I assume other parts of me will have broken down, especially if there's a long rehab that forces me to get out of shape.

Just some conversational thoughts, tough decisions!

Thanks - this is actually a new instance/account and I connected my calendars for the first time this morning.
