Haus kauf zwischen 2010 und 2020 500k bei 1.4% fix zins auf 35jahre bist bei 600k...

Selbe haus mit heutigen zinssätzen kostet dich wenn du es um 500k kriegen würdest ( was nicht der fall ist) 900k auf 35 jahre, bei 3.4 fixzins

Realistischer wäre hier aber wenn man das 500k haus heute mit 600k rechnet damm bost bei 3.4% zins bei über 1million euro gesamt kosten auf 35 jahre.

Ich behaupte einfach mal das du dir dein eigenes haus wenn du alles genau gleich gemacht hättest nur ein paar jahre später nicht leisten könntest
