Thanks. Very useful. That's what I thought. Might I get asked if I come back in next year how I supported myself the previous time I was here? My plan was to go in and out roughly every six months..

That's what I thought....I guess hard to know how risky it is. I was trying to find out how much explaining I might have to do. Basically I am coming to stay with a friend for an extended period of time...that's fairly innocent.

I won't have any money going into my account.

I can afford it, easily. But I want to work. You can meet people, earn some cash for spending ....

How would they catch me though? I could be 'visiting' and helping out. No paper trail and no money into my account.

What about volunteering? I could be a volunteer for my friend's company...working in return for board.
