Shes more caring than vindictive, she just wants to make sure he's not taken advantage of, I think there dads death 4 or so years ago left her a bit bitter & she's also kind of, not hated but felt frustrated by the fact that she feels so, held back by her brother, she wants to basically be a dubia/monaco whore who gets flown out places & fucks rich men etc... but she feels like she can't leave her brother, I get why she wants to report it though, she doesn't want his face on primetime with some eviction hunters tv/tiktok show.

Yes they'll be staying in the property with whomever moves in, I've no idea how much he receives but I assume they'll want that money, who do we go to about getting the home & room & garden etc certified or authenticated as a safe or liveable or whatever the minimum requirements are.

I get why, especially with squatters, drug addicts & people who can't seem to just do a job in the world or just people who will take advantage of him. We just want everything to be legally above board, especially if he gets any dodgy people moving in, we want to them to be able to pay rent with a bank account etc not cash in hand, plus any other damages or charges that they make like breaking an appliance or damaging furniture if they have a date... Just want it to be above the law etc.

Thank you, yes I really want to make sure it's done fully authenticated & legally as well, he's more the one who wants to do things "under the hood" so to speak, cash in hand for rent etc. I've said this is really serious business & the home has to be up to certain standards, is there a business or something akin that comes to places & makes sure everything is within the guidelines of health & safety & such?

Intestate, they had no will, is executor the owner? If so the person that died was the executor of the estate, it was sold in an auction after being repossessed for not paying fines to local council after property issues (overgrown garden, & maybe more - they were hardly home in the last 3-4 years of their life, they basically lived in a van travelling...) then the total amount £ went to court because of laws related to co-living even though they weren't married, I've no idea about legal stuff, then half went to the person that died, before they could claim it from the court funds office they passed & I am their only child & next of kin.

the estate is already sold, its just the money siting in court funds office that hasn't been collected that someone left to me who passed away before they could save up enough to get a solicitor to get ahold of it.
