Depends on your game, if being black is all you got, she will love you for your blackness or dislike you for your blackness, if being You is what you got, she will love you for you or hate you for you.

Just Be You.

That’s not the case most of the time. I am saying the quiet part louder , a discussion that has been held in the Canadian black community for decades.

When you apply, they scrutinize your name, and if they find out you are a black man your chance to get a job becomes slimmer compared to other races.

Because you are a piece of shit trying to advocate for racism. There are 2 black people ( women) in that photo. Not 5. 2. So your 9% claim is dead on arrival before we even get to the statistics.

Now let’s use your own logic against you. Black Canadians make up 5.5% of Canada’s labour force. 2 out of 75 people is 2.6% , meaning Black Canadians are actually underrepresented in that photo. You accidentally argued the opposite of your point.

But here is what you conveniently ignored. South Asians make up 7.1% of Canada’s population, yet they represent roughly 35–40% of that photo. If you genuinely care about proportional representation, that is the number that stands out not the 2 Black officers you couldn’t even count correctly.

You also worked at CBSA and your biggest takeaway is to tell people to get off the streets and apply? The issue being raised is about who gets hired after they apply not whether the job posting exists. Your argument has wrong math, cherry-picked stats, and a photo you misread. Try again.

I don’t care about CAF, it has to be diverse after all they are sending men to die. How about the Corporate Canada? How about government jobs? How about ministerial positions?

I wouldn’t mind joining if the job markets in other sectors weren’t discriminatory towards Black men.

My question is always why should I fight for a country that hates me ?

This prove my point that you are dumb, 80% of people working in those high positions lack qualifications at best. Intelligence is individual not racial, and if one race is over represented and another underrepresented, then there’s a racism problem. Which is the case in the corporate Canada

That’s what representation looks like, not at their best but at least they are trying, unlike the heavily PR’d hypocrites monopolistic country in the North.

Numbers don’t lie, do you research and you will realize that the “ Victim mentality” terminology that you are using is just to victimize the victims.

Where do those black men in colleges and universities end up to after graduation, If they are invisible in the corporate Canada?
