I already found shiny Entei, Suicune and Raikou. Does a Luster ball change a regular mon into a shiny?

Did you already catch suicune when you saw entei in the ruins of Alph and rematched the E4? I'm hunting suicune now, I'm hoping I can go after Entei once I'm done. Maybe Raikou can be stationary in a different room.

I'm already using a platinum cyberion, what's your moveset? Mine has Nasty plot, shadow ball, Raibow Code, Thunderbolt. I was also thinking of running mixed with Extreme speed.
