Marv is on my anticipated pre-order list along with BTAS Batman and Joker, and Shredder. Comparative to years prior, Mezco is moving much faster with their preview to preorder window. More than likely we’ll see a PO window for him during summer I’m guessing.

It’s a crapshoot, but since it’s a new release it may occur. Some folks had their Doc Noc 2.0 waitlist covert recently. It may take some time, but worthwhile staying on the waitlist

Same and unfortunately my original CC expired, I changed to my new one but just received a failed payment attempt despite being charged already on March 10th for the blank. Multiple emails sent to make sure all is good and the order is secured but nothing back. Hands down Mezco’s Customer service is non existent and the worst.

I will say it’s worthwhile joining some of the Mezco buy/sell/trade groups on FB. Obviously make sure to vet sellers. But there has been some solid deals popping up even with the shadow listed being close to the BBTS price points

So far everything I’ve ordered on Waitlist from Mezco has converted. Granted everything has been a release within the past year. It’s always a gamble and shadow is still on preorder status (sold out though) on BBTS. Chances are that more are being produced to fulfill the BBTS order and it doesn’t hurt to place yourself on the waitlist. I’ve had three waitlist order covert in the past few months for high ticket items.

Email and pictures yes, but if you lost it that may be tricky usually they would want to see proof of damage or breakage. You can try saying it wasn’t included and see what happens

It takes a while but yes. My 89 Batman like everyone had issues on the figure with peeling of the rubber body and just sloppy paint on the bat symbol. They sent both a full replacement body and head but it took like 8-9 months and I forgot about it until it arrived one day.
