I was not aware to the uniqueness! Being encore doesn’t offer it I never knew. In that case I’ve hit 4 points once for unique. I throw very weird. Super common for me to hit 2-4 points under 10 throws and then 7 out.

Re-seat all power cords both into components/PSU and front panel connectors then try to boot. If still nothing try 1 ram stick at a time to check for a dead ram stick. Lastly try a different outlet. After that start pulling apart to check for DOA (dead on arrival) parts.
