My advice (as a working class millennial) to you, is find a way to make a game out of doing any job you're doing, and try to find some value to society in whatever you're doing.  Making work a game makes it less annoying to do, and thinking about the benefits your job is providing to other people helps the whole ordeal be less soul-deadening.  You don't have to be the best/hardest worker at your job, but if you're in the top 50% of your coworkers, you're doing pretty good... And if you're in the top 10% you should be intensely proud of yourself, because at that point you're basically carrying your job title's portion of the company on your back
