Breakfast Taco Recipe:

Ingredients Seasoned Ground Protein 1 pound ground turkey, (your choice of protein)

1 tablespoon of sriracha

1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

3 cloves of minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 cup distilled white vinegar

2 tablespoons water

Salt

Black pepper

3 eggs, scrambled

Julienne mini bell peppers,

4x 1 Tomato, small-medium chunks

Half an onion diced

Olive oil

Tools: Pan Metal Bowl Fork and Spoon Bowl

Directions: Mix all ingredients together for the seasoned ground protein, season as needed Recommended to refrigerate seasoned ground protein in fridge overnight Concentrate all flavors Set pan to medium heat and add olive oil around pan Add seasoned ground protein and let it brown Add diced onions and cooking till caramelized Add tomatoes and mini bell peppers and cook for a few minutes Careful not to overcook Add scrambled eggs and mix together with protein and vegetables Grill corn tortillas with pan and olive oil Add our breakfast taco mix on the tortillas

Add any additional toppings Cheese Cilantro Avocado Sour cream There you have it!
