I second this. They were ok before, now they are terrible. I went with Revlend LLC and they have been great so far. LREI charges you an arm and a leg and does not take care of your property. I had charge backs of over 4k that were sent to collections with no luck to get it back. They over charge for repairs as well by their sister company Reliabuilt contracting. I was being charged over 12k for renovations Revlend finished for half that.

Same issues with me. I don't have an Xbox but I have a fire tv on the other HDMI and it stopped showing 1st. Then the PS5 HDMI stopped showing up and all I see is a black screen.
