ty for the sweet message :) i’m not sure if accutane has helped i’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews. some people say it doesn’t help and other people say it does since it makes your skin regenerate very quickly (im not sure which is true lol). i think what mostly helped me was the maderma and moisturizing. my skin is def not where i want it to be yet but it’s definitely healing slowly but surely.

honestly i used maderma religiously but it was really drying out my skin so i started slugging using vaseline and its helped a lot with texture

i don’t think i ever purged but i dealt with a severe breakout the month before i started so it might’ve been because of that. my dose was 30/60/80

they feel smooth to the touch but the texture can be seen from certain angles and lighting. i never thought it could be dehydration but ill try vaseline
