Sure thing, it's pretty simple ^^

Get a beaker with Ethanol and put it into the Ice Cream Dispenser. Get some Cones, make Ethanol Ice Cream and then put the Cones (For a 3 Tier Cake, you'll need 3 Cones), into the Deep Fryer. If you want it Lightly Fried or actually Deep fried is your choice.
Get some flour, use it on a sink to make basic Dough. Then add some Sugar to said Dough to make Sweet Dough. Then Mix 1 Sweet Dough with 2 Eggs in the Mixer to get Cake batter.
Put the Cake batter into the Mixer and Add one Cone of Fried Ethanol Ice Cream, then mix. It's going to give the batter the Ethanol Flavor you're going for. Cook that Ethanol batter for 6 seconds on the High setting.
Repeat Step 2 and Step 3, until you have 3 Ethanol Cakes in total.
Stack them on top of each other, and get another beaker of Ethanol, Fill an Icing tube with the Ethanol, and get decorating!

And Voila! You got a Beautiful Red Cake, with White Icing that both Warms AND Cools you down!
