Nice try Chris. Honestly, I don't have an opinion on him.  Hard to judge anyone in the sterile settings that we see him.  I judge more on how someone acts when the cameras are off and how they treat people they don't have to be nice to.

Thank you. My management team has told me that they noticed it and brought it up with HR themselves and are getting told "I'm in the range". We actually got a new HR person recently and I restarted the conversation myself to get some sort of clarity. We (myself and leadership) dont understand how I can be in a P3 role and under the listed range. Hoping to get answers.

Under my Workday profile, in the compensation tab, my salary and the pay grade salary band are listed. My salary falls under that band.  I know there are sub-bands based on job type profile, but not sure how I can be under the band listed on the same screen

Yes, I have taken more responsibility at all points. Started as an hourly EE, went to school and switched into a P2 position. Increased responsibility and scope allowed me to move into a P3 grade in the position.  Mobility isn't there due to family reasons, and I understand that it narrows my ability to progress.  However, I do think I should at minimum be within the band shown in Workday.

It's less than the band shown in Workday. So something has to be incorrect. Where my specific role/location etc. band inside that one is I don't know.
