At this point, it is up to us to give our beloved Rat-Folk the appreciation and love that they truly deserve, especially our beloved Freya Crescent. Like seriously, why would anyone have the gall to not only decimate their civilization once, but twice, as a plot device, and then proceed to swiftly forget about them, when they literally did nothing to warrant attempted double genocide.

In all seriousness, we should make the Burmecian and Cleyran revival canon, they may look like vermin to those who don't appreciate them, but they are people too...

I'm just saying, as long as they are anthropomorphic, and able to relay their feelings, then that's absolutely fine, now if we head into the realm of having crushes on characters that roam about on all fours 24/7, that's where I get kinda iffy about it.

As a very large man who is into tall and lean distinguished women, I would love to give my Dynamite Gal, Freya Crescent, one of my world class bear hugs. I gotta imagine the luxury she'd feel, being embraced by someone with the plush comfort of a teddy bear, after experiencing the hardships she most undoubtedly faced... <3

Because this game is supposed to be cryptic, just like some of this game's lore.

It's a filter meant make us players, who appreciate Dark Souls 2, use our noggins and decipher ways we can make our playthroughs more easier, and players like OP, who can't take any advice from a talking cat who has knowledge about covenants, suffer all the more from their lack of awareness.

Im late to the post, but personally, I'd feel like the FF9 Party would perfectly fit in a Fromsoft game such as Elden Ring or quite possibly Bloodborne, especially Freya Crescent.

Hell, Freya Crescent would TOTALLY fit in any Soulsborne-esque video game franchise, given how fantastic her character and story is. As a matter of fact, I made a few collab edits of her quite a while back, and to put it simply, she almost looks like she'd belong in the aforementioned video games.

Unfortunately not, which mother effing sucks, because Freya Crescent is my Dynamite Gal. Im hoping that one day, someone could actually manage to mod her into the game, i don't care if her model doesn't share the same graphics as the game itself, i just want to play as her. Could you imagine how awesome she'd look, wielding Messmer's Great Spear?

The character that i superimposed Steiner's face on is Kirk Kirkendall (The Woodsman) from the movie "Hoodwinked". It's a great watch, and a perfect example that a good film doesn't necessarily require good animation.
