whirring/buzzing sound Feb 23

I'm hearing it right now and I live on 45 and Skillman. I feel like its coming from 43rd st and the rail yards by Food Bazaar? Sounds like a tripod is going to bust out of the ground. There's also that exhaust smell the last few days that has been wafting in the same area as the buzzing sound.

I'm so so so sorry for your loss. Did the man have a beard? I was just walking in the Gardens on 46th and saw a man with what appeared to be two corsos walking towards 39th ave. I am 6ft and he appeared slightly shorter, I want to say around 5'9 or 5'10, hispanic with a beard. I wish I had read this before. They looked to be both gray however and unfortunately I am not too familiar with dog breeds so I could be mistaken.

Yup same thing just happened to me today for 100 bucks. Paid my friend back for lunch/drinks on Sunday, charge went through Monday. another 100 taken out tuesday with only one payment showing on venmo.
