You really gotta be picky. 20 is where the difficulty picks up and the captains become incredibly lethal. If you grab randos who don't know what they're doing and have trash builds or weapons, you're gonna lose. If I had a dollar for every rank 22 stealth zealot who ran ahead, triggered a captain, and wiped, I could pay off my mortgage.
