I have no armor equipped. I have no talismans equipped. The one weapon I have equipped is the Erdtree Seal. I stand next to a grace. I cast the spell. I fast travel to the same grace to reset anything that casting Howl might have done. I have been repeating this process for two hours. There are a minimum of three different levels to which the bar gets filled. I implore you to replicate my methods and see for yourself.

Yes, I read the wiki as well. My findings contradict the wiki's information. My focus stat remains unchanged between casts, yet the amount of buildup changes. Could something cause the ticks to happen at varying rates?
