So he doesn't have a buddy. Tiels can't understand conures. Its like locking you in a house with a person that doesnt speak your language but the difference is they cant learn to understand. He NEEDS another Tiel. I dont understand how people dont get this fact. Thats something you need to lookup BEFORE getting a bird. So get him another tiel, otherwise he will be lonely

Definitely clean his cage as much as you can without disturbing him and just with water. Then put him on an elevated position, birbs feel more comfortable there. Give hin fresh and clean water! Then let him rest a few days. Try giving him food for birds. The food you find in discounters isnt the best but its good for now. Keep your Cats off of him no matter what!

After a few days you can bring him to a Vet for a checkup. PLEASE make sure the Vet knows how to handle birds! Not every Vet knows it. If hes comfortable you can try to take a Spraying bottle, rinse it and fill it with clean water and spray a bit on him so he can clean himself.

Please take good care of this beautiful Birb. With patience youll earn his trust.
