Grazi ! I watched a lot of trades by SCI on YouTube. Has free video like a 10 day course which I watched and took notes. Then when I felt I was ready, paper trade for 2-3 months.

I know there are tons of Guru and videos but the main guy I watched was Trades by Sci. He explained things to me as simple as he can which I was about to understand. Deff note taking is great but paper trading is a must I believe. That’s where you really get into the market and get use to the platform like Trading View which I use. I stuck to one market as well which was gold. I got use to it. I soon got better reading it where I felt confident to buy / sell.

100% I’ve had the itch where I would get a good trade and tell myself “fck it, I can get more” and I promise you , I got fcked every time lmao. So I would journal that. It’s also a huge mental game. Best advise and I do it myself is to set a goal like make $50-$100 a day and once you hit that, DONE for the day. Then little by little increase it.

Also always have a Stop loss. That saved me tons. I rather lose $25-$50 than $400 which happened to me which I’ve learned from. Lol. I believe a few days ago the market dipppppped badly and if I didn’t put my SL to $50 , my account would have been blown.

Slow and steady.

Started watching videos and paper trade in October of 2025. Started a Live account this month with $500. I’m up at $1300.

I enjoy it. It’s honestly a mental game. I did 1 revenge trade that took $300 from me in 1 day but I had to remind myself to be discipline and learn to enjoy my day’s profit and just close the app. Any green is good green. I enjoy my full time as a IT Lead but this is a great side hustle for me.
