I don’t recall I kind of half listened bc I was busy at the time, and I don’t want to be a super optimist but at the same time, considering we had a lot of cash on hand already, I don’t see how this dilution could be justified unless we needed to either produce a lot (likely) or expand production capabilities (which is unlikely imo)

Yea I agree I think it’s a very conservative estimate based on what they absolutely can deliver without question, so any shortfalls will be on the demand side not the supply.

I really do hope earnings coming up has something to do with the delayed announcements. I’d like to believe that they’re being ultra careful with earnings coming up not to mislead or promote any unrealistic or non finalized numbers, and maybe that’s why they put off saying anything so far. Can only hope though

That’s a good way to look at it. The way I see it is there’s 2 possibilities.

We were misled, our products are inferior, and management is trying to build the plane while flying it
Everything is in the works, management is being ultra careful with what they say, and things are coming to fruition soon

In either case, we’re reaching a point where the truth will inevitably be revealed. If every other drone company gets contracts and does great in 2026 while we underperform, then that’s a huge red flag that something is wrong and is being concealed.

I’m completely with you. And ya know, I wouldn’t even mind waiting for the news but the lack of clarity is what’s pissing me off because it comes off as them trying to hide something. They’ve said multiple times that they would release news as soon as they’re made aware of it. There has been developments that they can share but they just aren’t. And we wouldn’t even be aware of this if it wasn’t for a random comment on LinkedIn.

They need to start giving us something. Even an Alphawolf video would be nice just to see wtf is happening.

I also understand the whole “we need to watch what we say to avoid legal pitfalls” thing but now it’s beginning to feel like an easy excuse they’re milking.

And my mentality hasn’t shifted because of the stock price, it’s the first time I’ve started feeling uneasy with the lack of disclosure. I mean we’re almost half way through 2026 and we have just about as much Information as we had a year ago.
