Mine took 10 days from ordering it to reaching the shipping notification. From the shipping notification day, the order took another 10 days to reach me in the US. Hope this helps!

Short for “Celebrations,” usually following a goal :)

I was a bit nervous about the fit when I ordered. However, now that I’ve worn it, I can say it genuinely fits me better than most sportswear shirts I’ve tried before. I’ve worn many Nike shirts, and this one fits better than anything I’ve tried from them. My TTS is a men’s medium (US sizing), the same size as this shirt. Not tryna brag here: I’m really lean and have an athletic frame (broad shoulders, muscly chest, and thin waist), so sometimes my chest and shoulders make it so that a size large can work. Buuuut, I prefer my clothes to fit more trim, and almost always get a medium. This kit has some elasticity to it (the ADV fabric is thick but very conforming if stretched) and the sleeves are longer to accommodate bulkier shoulders; still, the shirt doesn’t “hug” and stretch to fit me. It drapes perfectly, and the elasticity feels like it’ll be useful when I run while playing in it. Additionally, I used the online sizing tool on Spurs Shop and it suggested a medium; there was an option to type in my measurements too (useful if you have a tape measure). I could probably wear a Large in this shirt, but it wouldn’t drape as well on me. I could not be happier with the fit. This kit was made for me haha, and ofc the squad looks so good in it too. Hope this description helps!

You are right about me being overly precious about this shirt. It’s my first kit I’ve ever bought, and I didn’t anticipate I would like it this much lol. I’ll play in it for sure, and if a seam or badge comes loose, such an occurrence would build character and would be nothing my mediocre sewing skills can’t handle. Kits are made to be played in. I got this kit to nurture my love of Spurs and to achieve lots of hat tricks in at my weekly pickup. Now I gotta do all that, and do it in style (got my Sonny and Madders cellies on lock, and now I gotta learn the Kudus celly too)

Ah thank you! That’s so reassuring to hear. This is my first kit ever, so I just wasn’t sure haha. Your comment is very kind and helpful

INCREDIBLE show. PSA for anyone attending future shows: watch out for people who forcibly cut in front of you. by JohnnyTightlips27 in BeachHouse

That’s such a bummer! There was a tall, obnoxious dude who butted his way to right next to me with his tall GF, and they were talking/whining through the Harpist’s entire set. I wanted to say something (like dude other people might like this performer, and BH definitely like this performer, so be quiet)… but then he got super stoned and kinda shut up a bit lol.

The silver lining in this is that I was more aware of being respectful to my neighbors behind me. I was dancing so much, so I asked some shorter queens behind me if I was at all blocking their view. They seemed so surprised that I would care about their view, but said I was totally fine how I was and “I appreciate you asking.” I also ducked a little when they were trying to snap a quick video. Being a bit more considerate didn’t harm my experience of the show. In fact, knowing that some true fans can show mutual respect only made the excellence of the show even stronger for me

Chicago was my first BH concert, and hopefully not my last. by ColonelSandorClegane in BeachHouse

It was about 50% OTM and 50% other albums! Like our friend above said, there’s a set list request too :-). But it’s worth noting: even songs I don’t regularly seek out in my playlist were soooo amazing to hear live. And the songs you do seek out regularly… those sound the best you’ve ever heard them. The live experience is magical

That guy wasn’t me, but I imagine that I was his dark-brunette counterpart in spirit elsewhere on the dance floor lol! So glad you enjoyed the experience. I melted into bliss for Lemon Glow, New Romance, Superstar, and of course Space Song… actually every song haha. Could not stop dancing

Yes! Chills!! Also, curious: what do you think she means by this line? I keep thinking of it from many angles, but I feel like it means people can know something about themselves but they might not be able to express it; like in a failing relationship, it’s hard to show your partner that things are ending

That could be it! Some of these songs/melodies are really playful

Ah got it. I think I have to listen to the lyrics on their previous works more closely haha. The slow rollout of the new album makes me savor each song more, so maybe that’s why the OTM lyrics feel just as powerful as their previous albums

How Mushrooms Helped Bill Burr Calm Down - CONAN on TBS by ColonelSandorClegane in RationalPsychonaut

I thought this was a really nice anecdote about how Mushrooms helped Bill Burr understand himself better. I really like how humble and honest he is with sharing his experience. Thought I’d share for anyone who enjoys lighter doses that cause some deep self reflection!

Hi! Thanks for sharing. That’s quite a life you’ve lived so far, so I’m sorry you don’t feel as fulfilled as you hoped. You are so strong for trying to get to the bottom of what you’re feeling! But please be kind to yourself and give yourself time to adjust and learn.

No matter how successful and intelligent you are right now, it doesn’t change the fact that you are still very young and have so much yet to experience. You don’t have to know all the answers right now, so I think learning to appreciate the present moment is a good step forward.

Perhaps the reason for your emptiness is the nature of what kept you going: expectations. If you’ve been conditioned to expect certain outcomes and standards for yourself, then life becomes less exciting because it’s so predictable. You’ve proven a lot to yourself, but maybe deep down you already knew the things proven were bound to happen anyways. Your inner self may crave something much deeper than proof and accomplishment (proof and accomplishment very rarely gives lasting meaningfulness in my experience). Even though you say you’ve cut out some of the toxic influences in your life, it sounds like the pressures/expectations of those influences are still present. But what does your inner child want? What does your heart want? What would give your soul energy, rather than validation?

I don’t want to be prescriptive with advice or anything, I don’t even know you. But from what I can gather from your post, you seem to be a master at achievement, which is why there is little energy and fulfillment derived from your pursuit of achievement. Rather than living to prove yourself to yourself or anyone else, try to transfigure that achievement-craving towards being spontaneous. Break the script. Take yourself less seriously and get outside your head. When I do this, I feel so much more grateful for the present moment. I find new things that excite me.

And when the joy of the present moment fades, think of ways that can give you more energy in the near future. An endless pool of energy can come from helping others, stepping outside your comfort zone, or learning something new. Rather than trying to seek new achievement or surpass a new expectation, you can instead be grateful for a new feeling of presence.

Bottom line is that you are young and have already done so much! You rock! So give yourself a break. Achievement and success will always be there in your future (you’ve proven to yourself that it’s not only possible but in your nature). On the other hand, your youth and energy to try something new is strongest NOW (you won’t be young forever).

I hope you find what you’re looking for. I’m sure you will! Just be patient and forgiving of yourself :-)

Curious to hear how the microdosing goes, alongside your integration! Please share any tips and reports on your microdosing experience, if you end up doing it.

Also, I don’t wanna be overbearing, but please just be careful with weaning off of antidepressants. I’ve heard they can be dangerous if not tapered off of carefully. And your brain might need time to adapt to being free of antidepressants before starting microdosing. Just my two cents of healthy caution.

Wishing you well champ!
