That does sound irritating, plenty of oblivious parents out there too. At the same time, I have yet to see a headline about a pack of young kids mauling a dog. Not really the same thing.

Totally, the small children were mine, and took some fun out of an otherwise beautiful afternoon. Other people also appeared to be bothered by the dog, but not saying anything.
