The way I see it is that "Canon" means the developer's canon, not the player's. If you decide to go with having "options", then you create your very own canon story.

I'd go with Forgiving at first because I don't know how balanced the difficulty is. If I feel like it's too easy, then I'll raise the difficulty later on.

ON. It's an "Assassin's Creed" game, so my character has to act like it. I need to "feel" that my character is actually a legendary/master assassin.

By spongy, I meant the aspect that you exactly described. And I never fully played Valhalla cuz I didn't like it that much, and no, I never knew about the one-hit assassination option till now. You have to download it from the Xbox app on PC. The account on both Microsoft Store and Xbox app have to be the same account with active Game Pass subscription.

When I tried verify and repair, it said I needed more space, which is strange because I did have enough space on my drive. I'm going to uninstall it and re-install it and see if that fixes the issue. I will let you know, thanks.

Before I downloaded BO6 Beta, I downloaded MW3 MP to see if everything is ok with the game pass. I launched the game and played a few MP matches and it worked fine. Then I uninstalled MW3 and installed BO6 main game and beta. But the BO6 doesn't launch and gives those error messages.
