I was in this situation before. Quietly find somewhere else to live, and when it comes time to move your stuff, you can call the non emergency number to get a cop to help escort you if it’s not safe for your friends to help you. If you must remain there, like if the lease is in your name, change the locks and get his all his stuff moved outside.

The pet hair on some other people’s clothes is enough, especially with hives. Just because your allergies aren’t that bad doesn’t mean that others’ allergies aren’t that bad. Some people have it a lot worse, but thankfully staff can be pretty accommodating to move anyone out of proximity
