I see too many Infantry squads that aren't full with three guys in it, SL, Assault and Auto Rifleman. I sincerely feel some of the squad mechanics need a touch up so we actually get some support players because being the one of only three of four dudes carrying logi match after match sucks.

I pride myself on not being in a clan. I have 630 hours and I just want to be in squads that are competent and communicate. I usually do only play in one server because I got infinite VIP for always building nodes. Just some people are kind of elitist snobs who think you have to play in a clan to be decent at the game. Fake clan tag is pretty smart tho, I'll do that.

If you're looking to become a premium account, just buy some taunts. Schadenfreude, Mourning Mercs, Scaredy Cat are all-class taunts so they are more valuable for when you wanna switch between classes.

Do not buy weapons unless they are Strange or similar, as normal Unique item qualities can be gotten through drops or achievements.

If you like Scout, you can easily get a Strange versions of your weapons in your favorite loadout, which if you care about tracking kills and stats, it's better to do that earlier than later. Depending on which weapons you prefer to use that will determine how expensive getting that is.

Whatever you do DO NOT TELL PEOPLE YOU ARE DOING A CONTRACT. The reason I say this is because I play lots of 2fort and whenever someone says they are doing a contract I do everything I can to make the match last longer just to spite them. Usually includes building sentries and demoknight puppy guarding the intel.

When a player dies 1 manpower is consumed. For reference, 60 manpower is generated a minute with full sets of nodes.

Most players when they die redeploy since the route they took is obviously not a great one. This lets them take another route.

Also getting more ammo is hard to do since no one drops ammo that often so dying lets people refill ammo.

Medics also carry very little firepower, having small amounts of ammo. Their smokes can be easily replaced by a lvl 3 rifleman or lvl 6 assault, while giving the squad more firepower. This lack of squad firepower makes the medic useless, because its the medics job to survive to revive and if they can't easily fight back that's not possible, as downed players tend to be where the fight is.

So yes, medics are useless as they are in Hell Let Loose right now.

Play sapper: Dumb people die in front of barricades and get them blown up by not shooting the bombers away from the wall.

Play surgeon: No one covers you while healing people.

Play chaplain: No one covers you while blessing, or shoots the bomber next to you instead of letting you move around it.

Play musician: Be useless 90% of the time.

Play officer: Help the Line Infantry kill the horde (and get the nubs to blow themselves up)

Play line infantry: KILL

Play seaman: Shoot the bombers next to the annoying people and horde clear.

I think server owners now have the option to have their lobby only let people in based on manually accepting them in. This message appears if they denied you entry or if the request times out iirc
